Beye's Return Boosts Newcastle

English side Newcastle have been boosted with the news that their Senegalese defender Habib Beye is back in full training.

Beye has been out of action since Boxing Day after suffering an ankle ligament injury.

Caretaker boss Chris Hughton said: "Habib is back in full training which is a huge boost.

"He's not only a good player but he's also a very good character around the place who is extremely popular.

"We will need people like Habib this season and we're delighted to have him back."
