Ghana refuse to give up on convincing Inter Milan starlet Mario Balotelli to pledge his international future to the Black Stars.

Despite playing for Italy at this month's U21 European Championships, Balotelli remains eligible for Ghana at senior level.

Ghana FA supremo Kwesi Nyantekyie declared: "We still want Balotelli, because he is an incredible talent. For us, he would be a reinforcement of exceptional quality.

"We shall insist that he choose us and will not give up, because with him in the team we would be very competitive."
