Mozer To Coach Raja Casanblanca

Former Brazilian World Cup defender Carlos Mozer was named on Monday as the new coach of Morocco champions Raja Casablanca, the club announced.

Mozer, who has signed a one-year contract, takes over from Portuguese coach Jose Romao, who left the club despite the championship triumph last month.

Mozer won the Angolan championship with Inter Luanda in 2007 in his first coaching job after previously having worked as an assistant at Benfica in Portugal.
