Bayern Munich To Bid £15M For Pienaar

German giants Bayern Munich are preparing a £15 million bid for South Africa midfielder Steven Pienaar.
The Daily Star says Pienaar, 27, rejected a contract extension last summer with English side Everton which prompted Bayern into action.
His current deal with the English Premier League side will be up in June 2011.
And a good World Cup showing for hosts South Africa could force Everton’s hand in offering better terms on a new contract – or invite top European clubs to come calling.
